Return policy

Goods can be returned within seven days after a courier receipt is signed, if there is not any man-made damage.

 

Exchange policy

Goods can be exchanged within fifteen days after a courier receipt is signed, if there is not any man-made damage.

 

 

Return/exchange details

Goods-related vouchers including a warranty card are required to be provided.

The cost of return delivery needs to be paid in advance. The customers bear the cost of return delivery if there are no problems with the product quality.

The company will bear the cost of return delivery if there are problems with the product quality.

Man-made damage refers to damage caused by improper use, such as injury caused by disassembly, ingress of water, banging and placement in conditions at high temperatures. For such cases, the company can refund the maintenance, and only charge maintenance materials costs.

Regarding the return, it will be handled (involving refund) within ten working days after goods are received.

Regarding the exchange, it will be handled (involving new deliveries) within ten working days after goods are received.

Warranty policy
